We will have the opportunity to explore some beautiful creeks within the park at a leisurely pace ensuring we get the chance to make camp, see wildlife and enjoy home cooked meals over the camp fire!
Algonquin Outfitters is a family run company and use Swift Canoes (made by the brother) which are lightweight and a paddling Ferrari! Our stay includes camping in historic Safari wall tents on arrival and departure.
It is said that whilst America was created by men and women on horseback that Canada was pioneered by Canoe. Settlers and pioneers would have travelled by canoe including large portages between the lake and river systems.
